CSIRO and Data61 forecast that AI benefits are projected to contribute a staggering $22.17 trillion to the global economy by 2030 with Australia potentially boosting its economy by $315 billion by 2028 through digital technologies. Additionally, research published by Microsoft and the Tech Council of Australia suggests AI adoption could augment up to 44% of tasks undertaken by Australian workers, create a $30-50 billion Asia-Pacific market in healthcare innovation, and boost farm-gate value of agriculture by $20 billion.
